Regionals Deck

I am not very familiar with this deck mostly because it has been a very long time since I had been in a regionals...I do plan to be present in the next one with my Anti Meta deck (which I had since I built Six Sam a loooong time ago )

Now...I see Tengus, and I think I speak to most people when I say that they are SO annoying as hell! I can tell that the side deck is pretty much complete with all the main monsters in there. I just have one question...forgive my ignorance but why 1 chain disappearance in the side deck?

I only have 1 in there because I only own 1 at the moment. I'll probably pick up a second one since its really good against Tour Guide, Karakuri, Plants, Agents, etc...
