Geartown, the city ruled by the mechanized monsters who served the one who could do no wrong, the Machine King. For thousands of years, they had started to construct the civilization that would one day evolve into the bustling metropolis it was today.
Of course, there's two sides to every coin.
The other side of Geartown's coin, which had one side of pristine and shimmering quality, was the scrap yard. When the machines became too old, too rusted or otherwise incapable of functioning, they weren't buried, as other monsters were; they were taken to the scrap yard, where they were dismantled and put to rest.
However, some machines made their very home in the scrap yard; thriving on the quality parts being tossed aside, simply because it couldn't keep up with the standards that Geartown presented. Still, it wasn't like the denizens of Geartown were malicious or the like; they were decent folk, though their standards were way above what one would consider average.
That was why he intended to protect them.
Right now, one wouldn't see him as easily, as he was lying down on the ground, surrounded by scrap metal. If he had been standing up, however, everyone in Geartown would've been able to spot him. He, along with his fellow comrades, were the ones who defended Geartown before the Machine King's forces would have to sully their hands. He was certain that even if his deeds went unrewarded, he was doing the right thing...

STEP~
"AAH!"
That was the sound that could be heard in the usually quiet place known as the "scrap yard", it echoed like an annoying buzz, and it quickly followed by a hiss, and a moan of pain.
"Kyaa! Stupid thing!" Said Kinasha as she lightly kicked a rather enormous piece of machinery, she accidentally hit her knee with it, and it was hurting as hell!
"Mother wherever you are... I know you are enjoying this!" The young dragoness growled, yelling at the sky at...well at nothing really, but it made her feel better darn it!! She got the message from one of her mothers most trusty guards, Garra, about how she should go and explore the nearest civilization near Dark City.
And here she was now...alone, cold, hungry, and very annoyed.
"I don't get why they wanted me or the others to explore this...mess" she grumbled, the others she was referring to were the samurais that supposedly were going to meet up with her in this very place IF they ever find her in this place. The mess she referred to was practically the ENTIRE city! Who the hell would live here?!
"It's like nothing is alive..." she whispered while poking some wires that were coming out of the scrap infested ground.

...hark! What had approached him with such a brash tone and gloomy demeanor? Who would berate their own mother for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time? And why did she note that nothing seemed alive, here?
For everything here was alive...
He could hear some more noise come from some of the piles of scrap surrounding him; apparently, some of his friends had overheard the girl's outburst, and were curiously trying to get a better look at her. However, they didn't exactly do it subtly; as some of the trash tumbled down the larger piles they were built upon.
If Kinasha wasn't too busy being miserable regarding her situation, she'd notice some things move out of the scrap heap and approach her; small, gear-like mechs that rolled towards her. They were buzzing amongst themselves, as if they inquired amongst themselves what this girl was doing here.

The dragon girl was indeed too busy being miserable to notice as some of the mechs were indeed approaching her with curiosity. She continued poking and prodding at all the metal that was laying around everywhere in front of her. Something about it fascinated her...
"Shiny..." She simply said, smiling slightly as she could see her own reflection in one of the pieces of scrap, she had quite a thing for sparkly, and shiny things.
Then suddenly she heard it...
Her pointy ears twitched rapidly, and she abruptly made a 360 degree turn, her miserable expression changing to that of alertness, she frowned for a moment, wondering if someone was following her around. Until...
She saw them. And she just blinked and stared dumbfound at the tiny mechs. Were they friends? Foes? Were they here to attack her?
"W..what?" she whispered and slowly dropped on her knees to the ground wanting to take a better look at them.

The two mechs didn't seem hostile in any fashion, as they simply observed Kinasha from head to toe. One of them even extended an arm out to her; as if it was asking her to shake it.
He found this curious; already, his little friends had become fascinated by this newcomer. It didn't seem like she had any malicious intent towards any of them, which was a good thing; he wouldn't have been happy if the opposite were true.
Though he wondered... would his other friends appear as well?
Slowly, though, more beings began emerging from the piles of scrap; this time, smaller, turret-like mechs drove out of the piles, followed by more of the small mechs as well. Once more, they buzzed amongst themselves; wondering who this girl was, but lacking the ability to ask her directly.

She just observed the two small mechs in front of her, her blue eyes shinning slightly a bit in fascination for the odd, mechanical creatures. The dragon girl blinked when even one approached her more daring and raised it's tiny arm as if wanting her to shake it.
So...cute!
So she did. The young white dragon giggled slightly as she gently shakes the tiny arm of the mech, then she noticed that even more of them were coming out! So...this place was not dead at all! But alive with curious and small beings, and then she wondered...
"Can you little ones speak? Understand my language?" she said while raising up from the ground, keeping her glance at them.

The mechs tilted their gear heads, as they shot glances at one another. Then, they looked back at Kinasha and shook their heads; they had no means of communicating with her.
He saw this and wondered. She wondered if they could communicate with her... his smallest friends were not versed in the tongues of those who could speak.
So, he figured that he could take the initiative; better that he do it before his bigger friends startled her.
"...you seem like a friendly one, young girl." His voice boomed, and from where he was lying, she couldn't properly see him. However, his friends all recognized his voice, and they seemed to grow a bit more excited; as if they were glad that he had spoken up.

Kinasha pouted slightly since they couldn't seem to have a way to communicate her other than using their body language, which was pretty sad, they looked so friendly! Far from the stories she has heard of mechanical creatures being complete killers and destroyers...she wondered were those legends came from.
And then she hears something...
"Eep!" She gasped and jumped slightly. For being a dragon she was rather jumpy, but anyone would jump to if a voice from NOWHERE spoke to you! Was she coming to the conclusion that perhaps she might be turning crazy?
"Erm. Thank you but...seriously who am I speaking to?" she called out looking everywhere, from her left to her right, and even to the sky until she noticed that the tiny machines were actually all happy and giddy about something...did they know this voice?

"...ah, sorry about that. My name is Antiquity." the voice kept speaking. "My apologies; I will present myself, now."
And at that point, the earth rumbled.
Piles upon piles of scrap metal began quivering intensely, as the smaller mechs began clambering closer to Kinasha. Soon, the piles began slowly rising... or rather, being lifted up by a force underneath them, which seemed to be sitting... no, rising up into a standing position.
The problem in this situation? The being in question was gigantic.
After the piles of scrap had completely fallen against the ground, Kinasha would see the golem that had been hidden underneath it all; looking down at her with that single, solitary glowing red eye. Its size and posture made it out to look like a frightening colossus, who could crush her into the ground if it so desired.
And yet, the mechs were ecstatic upon seeing the golem.

Wow this guy seemed rather nice...
The dragoness blinked a few times as the ground suddenly started to move, an earthquake? No wait...the small robots were all gathering next to her as the piles of scraps and metal just kept rising and rising.
Until...
Her eyes widened in utter shock at what stood in front of her. A GIGANTIC monster! No...it was a gigantic robot! She took a step behind and raised her head high to the sky to take a closer look at the beings facial features. At that large glowing eye.
"Um...w-wow..." she really didn't knew what to say! He was as big...no BIGGER than herself as a dragon! It was truly very impressive.
"I'm sorry! I'm Kinasha" she bowed slightly, and blushed from embarrassment at her behavior.

"...why, pray tell, are you looking so flustered?" the colossus spoke, as it slowly crouched down to look at her. "It is nice to meet you, Kinasha. You can call me Anti; it's a lot more simple than Antiquity."
The mechs began buzzing happily again, as they began flocking around the golem known as Anti.
"Aah, my little friends." Anti chuckled, as he looked around at the smaller mechs. "You've taken a liking to Miss Kinasha, yes? It's good to see you so enthusiastic..."

"Hm hm hm...looks like I don't need to travel all that much farther, it seems."
The voice chuckled from surprisingly close by, atop one of the higher piles of scraps off to the side. Atop it was a young man, at first glance something that looked human, but was anything but. his skin crimson and his eyes bright green, wearing a purple suit and leaning on a cane that had had in his left hand. A smile on his face as he looked down at the little congregation of machine and dragon.
"I was wondering where all the talk of two White Dragons who were going otu of their way to talk to others..." He chuckled, resting on his cane. He didn't seem all that worry of the towering machine or the others either. "Bit annoying if you ask me."

"Um well...I just had never seen anyone as big as you" she said honestly scratching her head slightly in apologize "As big and as gentle...as far as I can tell" she said, sweatdropping a bit as the giant seemed to crouched down to look at her better.
Geez. He is cute too! Why are these beings so kind and gentle?
Kinasha giggled slightly at the happy mechs, dancing around and having a great time. Everything seemed nice and peaceful until she suddenly froze as she heard the voice of another being among them. And she didn't knew why but this one...didn't seemed that much friendly.
She raised her head until she spotted the intruder. He...he didn't looked that much impressive, was he some sort of lesser demon? She frowned slightly.
"And who might you be?"

Looking towards where that demon stood, Anti slowly rose into a standing position; towering far above everyone in the vicinity. "...a fiend." he uttered. "What business does a demon like you have here in Geartown?"
Instantly upon seeing this man, the smaller mechs began lining up defensively; buzzing more violently this time. It was as if they could sense the man's malice from a mile away... and from the looks of it, they were signaling each other about how they didn't like the looks of that man.

"What business do I have?" The demon asked after a moment's thinking, grinning a little bit. He pulled out something from his suit, a simple watch on a chain. he clicked it open and looked at it, idly. "Hm, I suppose you can say I have a few reasons for my appearance. The biggest one being the rumor floating around of a pair of Dragons that seem to be gathering other members as form of an...alliance, so I've heard. And I'm afraid I simply can't have that."
He slid down the pile of scrap, catching himself so he wouldn't fall. The smile crossed his lips and his arms went behind his back. "Simply put, I have quite a few plans, a few ideas hovering around the air, and an alliance is something I simply won't have while I"m around. In short, I'm here to give you fair warning."
"Should you continue on this little quest, I can assure you, it will be the LAST thing you do."
