Well first of the main point in Steelswarms is make ABUSE of their effects. And here are a few tips I could come up with.

~ Try to get 3 Steelswarm Scouts, they are basically a Treeborn Frog for them. Also add Foolish Burial so you can discard the little bastards to the Graveyard.

~ Ditch Magical Mallet, get another Pot of Duality

~ Ditch Swords of Revealing Light. If you need something to protect yourself or anything defensive/offensive...gather Smashing Grounds

~ You can try to add Recurring Nightmare since most of these guys have 0 defense.

~ I don't think Infestation Wave is a good card...if you have another Solemn Warning then replace it.

~ Try to also get 3 of the Steelswarm Cells. They are good for making combos using Inferno Reckless Summon XD

~ To me Girastag is simply the BEST of all the Steelswarm lot...take out Dark General Freed and try to get another of these bad boys.

~ First Step Towards Infestation is a nice card. GET IT, USE IT, ABUSE OF GIRASTAG!

++ This is my opinion, it may not be the best, and I might not be an expert but I am offering a tiny bit of advice. Hope it helps ^^
