Okay, this is more of a joke-deck than anything, since it's fairly unpolished, but in my mind's eye, I've perceived more than one purpose for this deck.
Monsters
[2] Adhesive Explosive
[1] B.E.S. Covered Core
[1] Bitelon
[1] Chainsaw Insect
[1] Demise, King of Armageddon
[2] Electric Virus
[1] Exiled Force
[1] Frostosaurus
[1] Infernal Incinerator
[2] Marionette Mite
[2] Puppet Plant
[1] Raviel, Lord of Phantasms
[1] Ruin, Queen of Oblivion
[1] Saber Beetle
[1] Steamroid
[1] Submarineroid
[1] Uria, Lord of Searing Flames
Spells
[1] Black Pendant
[1] Dark World Dealings
[2] End of the World
[1] Fissure
[1] Heavy Storm
[1] Phantasmal Martyrs
Traps
[1] Chthonian Blast
[1] Cloak And Dagger
[1] Compulsory Evacuation Device
[1] Draining Shield
[1] Magic Cylinder
[2] Option Hunter
[1] Reinforcements
[2] Sakuretsu Armor
[1] Synthetic Seraphim
[1] Ultimate Offering
As you can see, the deck's open for summoning two of the Sacred Beasts, Demise and Ruin, and Infernal Incinerator. The main point of the deck, however, is to take advantage of what the opponent is planning to do, to ultimately throw them off their game, whilst I cripple them with my own cards.
I actually remember when I was in London for the expo there last year, and I was playing against someone with several powerful Synchro Monsters (like Stardust Dragon) Deciding to take advantage of how he was thinking, I activated Cloak and Dagger to make him refrain from using a weaker Synchro Monster (I can't remember if it was Stardust or not), which makes him summon a stronger monster... which I take control of with Electric Virus, and sacrifice to play Infernal Incinerator. I didn't win the duel, but just that one moment stuck with me. XP
